Working Together

Living More Fully

One-on-one mentoring has long been an integral part of my teacher training and professional development programs through the JOY of Yoga School.

Over the years, many people who were not enrolled in those programs have asked if we could work together individually. These sessions are an opportunity to do that.

For more than three decades, I’ve been supporting people through meaningful transitions, drawing on a lifetime of teaching, creating, leading, and living.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, refining your work, creating a new offering, writing a book, building a business, or asking deeper questions about how you want to live, mentoring offers a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and see more clearly.

What We Might Explore

Sometimes our work is practical: refining a website, developing a course or training, writing a book, creating a retreat, clarifying your message, or finding a sustainable way to share your work with the world.

Sometimes it is more personal: navigating change, reconnecting with purpose, making an important decision, cultivating creativity, strengthening your yoga or meditation practice, or discovering what is asking to emerge next.

More often than not, these conversations weave both together.

Initial Session

Our work begins with a ninety-minute mentoring session designed to bring greater clarity to where you are, what is emerging, and what feels most important to explore.

Before we meet, you’ll complete a questionnaire so I can understand where you are and what you’re aiming to have happen. When appropriate, I’ll also review your website, writing, courses, recordings, or other materials so we can make the most of our time together.

Following our conversation, you’ll receive a written summary of key themes, recommendations, and practical next steps.

90-minute Initial Session: $700

If continuing together would be supportive, we’ll create a mentoring package tailored to your goals. I see a limited number of clients per month. Fill out the form below and we can begin the conversation.

Before We Begin

Thank you for your interest in one-on-one mentoring.

Before we meet, I’d love to learn a little about you and what brings you here. The questions below help me understand where you are, what is emerging, and how I can best prepare for our time together.

Please answer as thoughtfully and honestly as you can. There are no right or wrong responses. My hope is that the process of reflecting on these questions is itself the beginning of our work together.

Whenever appropriate, I’ll also review the materials you’ve shared before we meet so we can make the most of our time together.

I look forward to learning more about you.

encourage [ en-kur-ij, -kuhr- ] ~  from the Old French word "encoragier," meaning "make strong, hearten." When you encourage the plants in your garden, you water them to promote their growth and health. Encourage can also mean to inspire.
